Clients are requested to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellation so that table space may be offered to waitlisted patrons on North Tryon Street.
Governing Law & Judicial Venue
These Terms of Service, all digital interactions with vellune.click, and all commercial contracts executed at our studio suite shall be construed, governed, and interpreted exclusively under the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal claim, dispute, or judicial proceeding arising between a client and Vellune shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and both parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction within such forums.
Amendments & Policy Modification
Vellune reserves the prerogative to revise, update, or reorganize these terms, service prices, and studio policies at any time. We do not distribute mass broadcast notifications for minor clerical adjustments; regular review of this page remains the responsibility of the visitor.
